What the form collects

The merchant waitlist asks for your business name, email address, city or town, and consent to receive merchant access and development updates. The saved record includes the consent wording and version, registration time, and an internal identifier for safe submission retries. When email receipt delivery is enabled, the saved record also includes delivery attempts and email confirmation status. Confirmation links expire after seven days and require an explicit confirmation action.

How your details are used

The Bitmomo team uses these details to manage merchant interest and contact you about access and relevant development updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment account or guarantee access to a future pilot.

Where submissions go

Submissions go to Bitmomo’s own waitlist database, hosted with this website. Authorised team members can export registrations for merchant outreach. Automatic email delivery is off. Marketing outreach should use confirmed addresses only.

Keeping and removing your details

Your details are kept while the team manages merchant access enquiries. You can withdraw your consent or ask for your submission to be removed using the private removal link provided after registration, or by contacting info@bitmomo.app. The removal link deletes your business details and consent record from the active database. Restricted operational backups may retain earlier copies until rotated; removal requests must also be applied to any exports used for outreach. You can reply to a merchant update to request removal.

Site storage

The landing page’s product guide answers questions from Bitmomo’s published information. No AI model is connected. Messages stay on this page. Chat messages stay in memory while the landing page is open; closing the panel keeps the conversation, and refreshing or leaving the page clears it. These messages are not saved by this marketing app in the waitlist database or used for merchant outreach. Model-provider processing applies only when the AI mode described above is enabled.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in this browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on your next visit. It stays on your device and is not included in a waitlist submission.

This marketing app does not set account or analytics cookies. It does not connect to a cryptocurrency wallet or process payments. Waitlist details are stored on the server, not in your browser’s local storage. The app records aggregate daily counts for waitlist CTA clicks, demo starts/completions, signup starts and saved registrations. These counters have no visitor identifiers, IP addresses, email addresses, chat content or referrer URLs. They do not set analytics cookies. They describe events rather than unique people.
